This policy explains how The Social Aura ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit thesocialaura.ca, contact us, or use our services. We are a digital marketing agency based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

- To reply to your enquiries and provide free audits, quotes and services.

Some of these providers store or process information in other countries, including the United States. Those countries may have different privacy laws from Canada.
6. How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or to meet legal requirements, and then delete or anonymize it.

Our website and services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13.
